Answer

Server-wide Backups

Log in to Plesk
Go to Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > Schedule
Set the desired value in Maximum number of full backup files to store
Click OK to apply the changes

Individual Domain Backups

Log in to Plesk
Go to Domains > example.com > Backup & Restore > Schedule
Set the desired value in Maximum number of full backup files to store
Click OK to apply the changes
