Symptoms

In an attempt to access the webmail.example.com hosted in Plesk, the content below is shown:

CONFIG_TEXT: Web Server Default page

Cause

The webmail client for the domain is not set.

Resolution

Log into Plesk.
Go to Domains > example.com > Mail Settings.
From the drop-down menu Webmail select one of the available webmail clients and press the OK button to apply the changes:
