Is it possible to set a different message size limit for outgoing and incoming emails?

Answer

It is not possible to set a different message size limit for outgoing and incoming emails in Plesk.

Changing Maximum message size in Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > Settings tab will modify the message size limit for both incoming and outgoing emails.
