How to enable Nginx caching in Plesk?

Answer

Note: Before enabling caching, it is strongly recommended to switch PHP files processing to PHP-FPM application served by nginx type in Domains > example.com > PHP settings. Existing .htaccess rules for Apache should be converted to nginx syntax: How to keep .htaccess rules after switching PHP handler from Apache to nginx in Plesk?

To enable nginx Byte-Cache and nginx FastCGI caching, follow these steps:

Enable nginx caching for a single domain
  1. Log into Plesk
  2. Go to Domains > example.com > Hosting & DNS > Apache & nginx
  3. Tick the Enable nginx caching option and press the OK button to apply the changes:
