Does Plesk Premium Email (Kolab) support Exchange ActiveSync or Exchange Web Services (EWS)?
How to set up Exchange ActiveSync in a mail client, if Plesk Premium Email (Kolab) is used?

Answer

Plesk Premium Email (Kolab) supports Exchange ActiveSync but does not support Exchange Web Services (EWS).

On macOS, Exchange Web Services (EWS) is used instead of Exchange ActiveSync. Currently, exchange Web Services (EWS) is not supported by Kolab.

To set up an ActiveSync client, follow the instructions available for your client:

Support for Exchange Web Services (EWS) from Kolab side is not planned at the moment. See this ticket.
