How to update Plesk Obsidian to the latest version?
Answer
Note: During the update operation:
- Plesk may not be accessible for several minutes
- Websites will stay online

Go to Tools & Settings and click Updates.
Note: The Plesk Installer uses port 8447. If this port is filtered by a firewall and cannot be opened for some reason, refer to the command-line instructions below.

On the Updates page, click Install or Update Product:

Click Continue on the Install or Update Product page to start Plesk update.

When the update process is finished, the following message will appear:

Connect to a Plesk server via SSH (Linux) / RDP (Windows Server).

Start the update by executing the following command:
Note: On Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator.
MYSQL_LIN: plesk installer --select-release-latest --upgrade-installed-components

UPDATE NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rien ne fonctionne ! Impossible de créer un ticket car mon serveur n'est pas updaté mais... impossible d'updater le serveur... On tourne en rond !
Je suis très déçu par le support Plesk et cherche une alternative.

did not solve my problem, I do receive a "internal error" in mongo data base and mty server is supposed to be up to date
Hello, I need support to update my Plesk, as there are several packages without updating.
I accessed >> tools and settings >> Plesk >> updates, it opens the updates page but a message "There are no products for your operating system
( 'Ubuntu' 'Linux' '16.04' 'x86_64' ) available
from the selected source."
