Symptoms

Plesk backup finishes with the warning message in Plesk Obsidian:

PLESK_INFO: Not all the data from C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\/var/modules/grafana/ was backed up successfully:

Unable to get attributes of the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\var\modules\grafana\grafana\data\grafana.db: (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
The file will not be archived.

Unable to get attributes of the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\var\modules\grafana\grafana\data\log\grafana.log: (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
The file will not be archived.

Unable to get attributes of the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\var\modules\grafana\grafana\data\log\sm.log: (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
