Email message is forwarded without mail forwarding enabled in Plesk

Symptoms

• Email messages are forwarded to another mailbox, even though forwarding is disabled in Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Addresses > jdoe@example.com > Forwarding tab

• The following message show up in /var/log/maillog when the email is forwarded:

  sieve: msgid=0cfb26521d4791eaf97b835b91b152ec@domain.tld: redirect action: forwarded to jdoe@example.com

• Redirect rule is configured in /var/qmail/mailnames/example.com/jdoe/.dovecot.sieve and /var/qmail/mailnames/example.com/jdoe/sieve/roundcube.sieve

Cause

There's a forwarding rule configured at the webmail level.

Resolution

1. Log in to the domain's webmail at https://webmail.example.com

2. Go to Settings > Filters

3. Find the filter responsible for the forwarding. For example:
