Applicable to:
- Plesk for Linux
Question
Does Plesk support AlmaLinux 10?
Answer
Support for AlmaLinux 10 is available starting from Plesk Obsidian 18.0.72.
Known Limitations:
-
Watchdog extension is not available since it depends on
monitpackage which's not available inEPELrepository. -
Plesk Premium Antivirus is not available since it depends on
32-bit glibc C librarya feature that is not supported on AlmaLinux 10. - Webalizer web statistics are not supported because the package is unavailable in
EPELthe repository. - Mailman is unsupported because the package is unavailable for distribution.
- Qmail is not supported as in AlmaLinux 9 due to issues with
xinetddependencies. - SOGo Webmail extension does not work because the SOGo webmail vendor did not add support for AlmaLinux 10 yet.
- CPU support for Intel Xeon V2 and older is unsupported for this OS.

What is the status regarding Atomicorp Advanced ruleset – is it available?
Hi. I see there's an in-place upgrade for Windows Server 2019 to 2025 but didn't see mention of an in-place for AlmaLinux 9 to AlmaLinux 10. Is using the AlmaLinux LEAPP tool a consideration or no? Since this keeps being an issue is there a plan to create a tool that can map the current configuration of a Plesk server for example running on AlmaLinux 9, output a script that can be uploaded into a brand new instance running on say AlmaLinux 10. Without an in-place upgrade, spawning a new Plesk server on the latest RHEL hotness and then manually installing all plugins and configure one by one is tedious. This issue a bit repetitive some sort of address would be reasonable. Thanks for the consideration.
Dennis Köhler Yes, Atomicorp Advanced ruleset is available with this version.
Michael Bose Based on the vendor termination date, our development team is currently focused to work with the upgrade from AlmaLinux 8 to 9. There's no ETA yet to continue with the AlmaLinux upgrade from version 9 to 10.
Can we assume that there is no future plans to support Rocky Linux 9 or 10 and that we should plan to migrate to AlmaLinux 10 at this time?
