Symptoms

Cause
Confirmed as a bug in Plesk with ID #PPPM-15039, which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
Check PPPM-15039 for more info. Fix is merged into 18.0.72 codebase.
Note: The fix will not affect plesk-py27* packages, they might be a leftovers from previous Plesk versions. It is possible to remove them manually, but please check if they are not used by some outdated/legacy component (like Plesk Migrator). Modern versions of Plesk Migrator use plesk-py3, but older ones still may use Python 2.7.
Resolution
No resolution at the moment. Warnings can be safely ignored.
