Error when installing Plesk on Windows Server 2025: Unable to install the "panel-18.0.69.noarch" package.

Symptoms

Unable to install Plesk Obsidian 18.0.69 on Windows Server 2025 with error:

Unable to install the "panel-18.0.69.noarch" package.

The following could cause the installation failure:
1) panel-18.0.69.noarch: No suitable solutions were found
for the "msodbcsql17" dependency.

2) The dependency for "msodbcsql17" required
by the "panel-18.0.69.noarch" package could not be resolved.

Cause

Bug PPPM-14920 which has been fixed in newer version of Plesk.

Download the latest Plesk installer.
