Symptoms

  • Unable to open wp-admin in WordPress subdomain instance:

    PLESK_ERROR: This feature is temporarily disabled for security reasons. Please try again.

Cause

Invalid Additional HTTP and HTTPS parameters for Apache used:

CONFIG_TEXT: ServerAlias *.example.com
<Directory /var/www/vhosts/example.com/>
AllowOverride FileInfo Options
</Directory>

Resolution

  1. Log in to Plesk.

  2. Remove the Additional HTTP and HTTPS parameters for Apache in Domain > Hosting > Apache & Nginx
