How to prevent authentication issues using Plesk Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA)?

Recommendations on how to prevent authentication issues are:

Double-check the 6-digit code to ensure its acceptance.
Verify the correct MFA code source is being used, for example when many different Google Authenticators are set simultaneously then match the appropriate one for the attempted login.
Ensure that the mobile device has its time sync function enabled due to the importance of the timestamp for 2 factor authentication methods (2FA). More on this here.
Check that system time on the server is also in sync by reviewing the systemd-timesyncd or chronyd services status or setting this from Plesk as instructed here.
Avoid exceeding the limit of consecutive failed authentication attempts ( by default 5 ) to avoid a fail2ban for a few minutes.
