The CSR section in a domain's certificate displays the message: "The component is missing."

Symptoms

The CSR section in Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS certificates > Example Certificate displays the following message:

The component is missing.

Cause

The Certificate Signing Request (CSR) is removed after a certificate is installed. This section is a request for signing, which is fulfilled prior to installation, and therefore no longer needed.

Resolution

This message can be safely ignored. No additional actions are needed.
