  • How to disable or enable a local scheduled backup task in Plesk?

Answer

You can schedule the creation of local automated backups for your Plesk server by using the steps below:

For the entire server

1. Log into Plesk

2. Go to Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > Schedule

3. Set the settings in accordance with your preferences:

Note: Make sure to check the Activate this backup task box

4. Scroll down and press Apply

For a single Domain

1. Log into Plesk

2. Go to Domains > example.com > Dashboard > Backup & Restore > Schedule

3. Set the settings in accordance with your preferences:

Note: Make sure to check the Activate this backup task box

4. Scroll down and press Apply

For a single Subscription

1. Log into Plesk

2. Go to Subscriptions > example.com > Dashboard > Backup & Restore > Schedule

3. Set the settings in accordance with your preferences:

Note: Make sure to check the Activate this backup task box

4. Scroll down and press Apply
