What's changing and why?
As part of our commitment to providing a seamless and unified experience for our users, we are announcing an update to the https://support.plesk.com login process. This change is in aline with the broader WebPros brand, which encompasses industry-leading solutions such as Plesk, cPanel, WHMCS and others.
On Thursday, April 2nd, 1 PM Central Time we updated our Single Sign-On identity:
- Harmonizing the login experience across our product portfolio, we create a consistent and recognizable interface for users. Whether you’re accessing with Plesk 360, cPanel ID, or Webpros Account, the login process will feel familiar and intuitive.
What do I need to do?
There's no action required of you. Plesk Support System will continue using the same account and credentials you had before from Plesk 360.
