How to send a Plesk technical report and get its ID?

Answer

Plesk interface

 

  1. Log in to Plesk.

  2. Go to Tools & Settings > Support > select Generate a technical report before contacting support > click Next.




     

  3. In the next window, click Send Report.




     

  4. Get your report ID.




     

Command-line interface

 

  1. Connect to your Plesk server via SSH (Linux) / RDP (Windows Server).

  2. Run the command below to generate and send a technical report (on Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator):

    MYSQL_LIN: plesk bin report --send

  3. When the command execution is completed, you will get the report ID:

    MYSQL_LIN: Your report ID: TR-PLSK-55469 Contact Plesk support and provide this ID to get help
