Symptoms
- How to enable or disable email notifications in Plesk?
Resolution
Note: The sender email that is tied to these notifications can be set by using the steps in this article

Go to Tools & Settings > Notifications.

Check or uncheck the boxes next to events under Administrator / Reseller / Customer. Check the box under Email address to specify an additional email address.

Click OK to apply the changes.
Email notifications can be enabled/disabled for the following events:
- Reseller account creation
- Resource usage limits exceeded by reseller account
- Reseller account suspended due to resource overuse
- Reseller's resource usage limits reached by reseller's subscriptions due to overselling
- Customer account creation
- Site creation
- Subscription expiration warning
- Subscription expiration
- Resource usage limits exceeded by subscription
- Subscription suspended due to resource overuse
- APS application updates (administrator's digest)
- APS application updates (reseller's digest)
- APS application updates (customer's digest)
- System Updates: notifications about new updates
- Feedback reminder
- WordPress application updates (administrator's digest) (includes WP Toolkit Smart Updates)
