Symptoms

Unable to install or update Plesk components
This error appears after opening Tools & Settings > Updates

There are no products for your operating system.
The server's operating system hasn't reached end-of-life (EOL) and is still listed in the Supported Operating Systems.

Cause

The Plesk upgrade failed due to hardware or network issues.

Resolution

Connect to the server via SSH (Linux) or RDP (Windows)
Stop any Plesk Installer processes on the command line (Command Prompt on Windows)

# plesk installer stop
Install the latest updates
