Does Plesk support dist-upgrade (in-place OS upgrade)?
Answer
Yes, Plesk Obsidian supports in-place OS upgrades (dist-upgrade) on Debian-based operating systems.
The following upgrade paths are supported:

| Ubuntu 22 > Ubuntu 24 | Plesk Obsidian 18.0.61 and above |
| Ubuntu 20 > Ubuntu 22 | Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44 and above |
| Ubuntu 20 on ARM > Ubuntu 22 on ARM | Plesk Obsidian 18.0.46 and above |
| Ubuntu 18 > Ubuntu 20 | Plesk Obsidian 18.0.33 and above |
| Debian 11 > Debian 12 | Plesk Obsidian 18.0.57 and above |
| Debian 10 > Debian 11 | Plesk Obsidian 18.0.42 and above |
Note: The dist-upgrade procedure is specific to Debian/Ubuntu and is not supported on RedHat-based operating systems (CentOS, RHEL, AlmaLinux, etc.).
