Symptoms

• The reseller got suspended

Cause

Resource overuse detected at Resellers > John Smit > Resources (View More Statistics)

Resolution

1. Log in to Plesk
2. Navigate to Service Plans > Reseller Plans > [Service Plan name] > Resources
3. Set the required parameters for Overuse policy, e.g. Overuse is allowed
