Stuck pre-migration check: Waiting for the other tasks in the queue

Symptoms

• The pre-migration check is stuck at the following message

  Pre-migration checks
  Waiting for the other tasks in the queue...

• The config.ini file and other migration files were removed or moved from their location.

  • Linux

    # ls -l /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/<session>/config.ini
    ls: cannot access /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/<session>/config.ini: No such file or directory

  • Windows

    dir "%plesk_dir%var\modules\panel-migrator\sessions\<session>\config.ini
    ...
    File Not Found

Cause

Plesk Migrator needs the files that contain the migration configuration and status, and can't continue because they've been removed.
