Question

The disk space is almost full on the Plesk server. How to increase it?

Answer

First, the hard drive should be resized. Please check/follow instructions provided by your hosting provider on how to resize disk partitions, since steps may differ depending on filesystem type and its configuration.

Warning: Resizing disk partitions is not related to Plesk functionality, this is a system administrative task and falls out Plesk Technical support scope.
Also, consider requesting assistance from Plesk Professional Service Team.

After the hard drive is resized:

  1. Log in to Plesk

  2. Go to Tools & Settings > Server Information

  3. Click Refresh button to make sure Plesk recognized the configuration changes:

  4. Go to Extensions > My Extensions > Grafana > Open

  5. Click the Reload status button. If there is an exclamation mark with the button Restart integration, click on it as well.
