Question
- Why does time in 360 Monitoring alerts/graphs differ from the server?
- What timezone do notifications use, is it possible to change it?
Answer
The timezone might be set as described here:
- Log in to Plesk 360
- Go to Monitoring
- Navigate to jdoe@example.com > Profile
- Set the necessary Timezone
Warning: Currently, the time is shown correctly on 360 Monitoring itself only.
The graphs inside Plesk > Monitoring and under Plesk 360 > Servers > servername.com > 360 Monitoring shows incorrect date due to the known bug.

Yeah this really confused me as the built-in monitoring has no problem using my preset server time zone as the proper log time.
Any ETA on when this will be accurately displayed without requiring users to calculate the actual time?

Currently, it is possible to configure the timezone for 360 Monitoring itself. The article has been updated.
However, please note that, inside Plesk and Server Inventory, the time still shows in the UTC timezone due to the recently discovered bug.
