- I forgot 2FA code, how to disable MFA for Plesk 360 account
- How to reset MFA for my Plesk 360 account if I'm not logged in
Answer
Please contact Plesk Licensing and Purchase Support using the same email address as your account in Plesk 360 and ask to reset MFA for your account.
Plesk CS-team or 360 technical support have access to https://manage.auth0.com/
Go to Dashboard > Users Management > Users.
Click on the user whose MFA you want to reset.
Click on the Actions button on the top right of the screen.
Select Reset Multi-factor from the dropdown. Admins will also see a Reset MFA link at the bottom of the Multi-Factor Authentication tab of the User Details page if the user is already enrolled in MFA.
Both these methods function the same way.
There will be a pop-up box to confirm your decision. Click Yes, reset it to reset the user's MFA.
The next time the user logs in, they will need to set up their MFA just like a new user. Refer to https://auth0.com/docs/login/mfa/reset-user-mfa
