Question
- I have purchased additional license for extension, but it's not working
- How to activate the extension license
Answer
After additional key is purchased for any of Plesk extensions, it is required to do the following:
- Login to Plesk
- Go to Tools and Settings > License management
- Click Retrieve keys
If you have extension activation code, you can activate it the following way:
- Login to Plesk
- Go to Tools and Settings > License management > Additional Keys
- Enter activation code for extension
If further technical assistance with the extension installation is required, please contact extension developer, as support should be gotten from them. To check the developer, please find the corresponding extension here: https://www.plesk.com/extensions/
