NOTE: the information below is for the lease-type licenses from Plesk Online Store only.
If you are a Plesk Partner - please contact your Sales Representative, otherwise - please contact Licensing and purchase support for assistance.
In Plesk 360:
- Login to Plesk 360 (How to login to Plesk 360?).
- Switch to 'All licenses' tab
- Search for required key
- Click 'Reactivate'
- Check the price
- Confirm or update payment option
- Once invoice is received, license will be automatically restored (might take up to 2 hours)
Through cleverbridge email:
It is also possible to reactivate license through the link. Open cancellation confirmation email from cleverbridge and click the link.
