- Plesk for Windows
Emails can not be received/sent on a Plesk server.
Due to corrupted system libraries, MailEnable SMTP Connector enters the
Stopped state. It can be checked in Tools & Settings > Services Management.
In the Event Viewer > System:

As a workaround:
- Log into Plesk.
- Go to Tools & Settings > Services Management.
- Start the MailEnable SMTP Connector service by pressing on the Start the service button:
