Symptoms

On a Plesk for Linux server, all websites/webmails show error 502 every hour or even constantly.

Apache restarts repeatedly for a while:
# journalctl -u httpd | grep "Stopping\|Starting"
plesk.example.com systemd[1]: Stopping The Apache HTTP Server...

SSL It! extension was updated to version 1.8.4-1208.
Cause
Product issue:

#EXTSSLIT-1645 "The extension no longer reassigns an already issued Let’s Encrypt certificate to a domain every hour if its mail component should not be secured."
Fixed in:- SSL It! 1.8.5 12 June 2021

Thank you for this! That helps me a lot because I had nginx 502 Bad Gateway each hour at 58 minutes.
But I updated the SSL It! Extension since v1.8.5-1210 seems to resolv this issue:
Despite the update, I still have the problem. I use the LiteSpeed extension as a web server instead of Apache. Does that have an impact? Are there other approaches? Thanks for the help! All websites are offline for about 1 minute every hour ...
