How to change the mailbox limit for a subscription in Plesk?

Answer

Changing mailboxes number limit for one subscription:

  1. Log in to Plesk

  2. Go to Subscriptions > example.com > Customize.

  3. On the Resources tab, set up the value for Mailboxes, then click OK.

    Note: When changing the subscription's limit, this subscription will be locked from syncing with its service plan.

Changing the limit for all subscriptions under a service plan:

  1. Log in to Plesk

  2. Go to Service Plans > Service plan name > Resources tab.

  3. Set up the value for Mailboxes, then click Update & Sync.

    Hello,

    After Upgrading Plesk to Version 18.0.27 the account column is completely gone and I can't find another way to modify this option, nor I have the server plan option (Because My license is not for service provider).

    My current limit is 100 mailboxes but my license allows me to create unlimited number of mailboxes.

    Can you help me display the account column again, or give me another way to change the allowed mailbox number?
