When issuing a Let´s Encrypt certificate fro a domain, the operation fails with:
PLESK_ERROR: Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for example.com
Detail: No order for ID 1199408866
Plesk administrator receives the following error message:
PLESK_INFO: Could not renew Let's Encrypt certificates for John Doe (login admin). Please
log in to Plesk and renew the certificates listed below manually.
Renewal of the following Let's Encrypt certificates has failed:
* 'Lets Encrypt certificate' [days to expire: 29]
Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/order/....
Detail: No order for ID 2220938477
The solution form this KB article does not help, there are no files in
Old Let´s encrypt extension is being used.
Reinstall the Let's Encrypt extension:
In Plesk, go to Extensions > My Extensions > Let´s Encrypt.
Remove the extension.
- Install Let's Encrypt back.
