- Plesk Onyx for Windows
- DNS server is disabled in Plesk in Tools & Settings > Server Components > DNS Server.
- The option Allow signing outgoing mail is not displayed in Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings.
Plesk bug #PPPM-8709 which is planned to be fixed in one of the future product updates.

Until the fix is available, use the following workaround:
Log into Plesk
Go to Tools & Settings > Server Components > DNS Server and enable DNS server.
Note: If the server does not have any DNS Server installed, proceed with the installation as described here.
