Unable to migrate a subscription:
CONFIG_TEXT: Failed to copy web files for subscription 'Example.com'
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: Rsync failed to copy files from the source server 'source' (203.0.113.2) to target Plesk server: Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.

Plesk Migrator Bug PMT-4621 that has been fixed in Plesk Migrator extension version 2.17.3.
Log in to Plesk on the target server.
Update Plesk Migrator to the latest version under Extensions > Updates tab.
Remove the subscription under Subscriptions.
Restart the subscription migration.
