On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

    I have updated the article with the screenshots.

    You may also open WordPress Toolkit from the left panel in Plesk, find the needed domain there and check its Security status.

    If WordPress Toolkit is not installed on the server, or if the domain doesn't have WordPress, then the issue is not caused by security directives.

    Is it possible to limit the restriktion on the wordpress folder and not the whole domain?

    Background: At moment the constraints are set in the vhosts conf file at domain level. If you are hosting several projects under the same domain (for example cloud solutions and wordpress site by site) you have the problem that the obove mentioned file types are not accessable.
