Symptoms
- Checking a backup report "View the log" for particular backup in Backup Manager shows a blank page;
- There are files that were not backed up due to insufficient permissions. The list of files can be seen in
/usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/2019-04-23-230702.510/migration.result

Cause
Product issue:

Resolution
Workaround
If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
Fix "Permission denied" message according to the article Plesk backup task is failing: Cannot stat: Permission denied. After this, the file that includes `break` symbol will not be included in the backup report and will not be read by Backup Manager.
