PrivateTemp folder is used for storing temporary files and dumps by Plesk engine and different Plesk components (Backup Manager, for example).
The location is defined by two variables:
- $PRODUCT_ROOT_D\PrivateTemp - defines PrivateTemp folder location
- $DumpTempDir - defines location for storing temporary dumps.
The first variable is defined during Plesk installation and is hardcoded to %plesk_dir%PrivateTemp\
. It cannot be customized and it is by-design behavior.
The second variable can be customized in system registry
