- Plesk Onyx for Windows
- Plesk 17.5 is in use;
- In Service Plans > <Service Plan name> > Performance tab > Maximum CPU usage (%) value is set (Not Unlimited);
- Subscription example.com is synced with the Service Plan and has the same Maximum CPU usage (%) value in Subscripotions > example.com > Dedicated IIS Application Pool for Website;
- When Dedicates IIS Pool is switched off and then back on, Maximum CPU Usage (%) becomes Unlimited and subscription is not locked.
This behavior is confirmed as a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-10314, that will be fixed in future updates.
As a workaround re-set this value back by:
- Logging into Plesk;
- Settings value required in Subscriptions > example.com > Dedicated IIS Application Pool for Website > Maximum CPU Usage (%).
