On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

Mail is not forwarded to destination address if forwarding source mail address has reached mailbox size limit and its mailbox was turned off subsequently

    This is a major major MAJOR issue on all our servers.  Client email boxes that are OFF keep filling up and they suddenly stop receiving emails.  We need a fix for this ASAP!  We need a workaround that auto-clears messages from the mailboxes when they're off.  A mailbox that is OFF should NOT STORE EMAILS.  This is only a problem with the latest Plesk version and we have tons of accounts that use forwarding - we can't go in every few days and clear these out one by one on each system.  Please fix or give us a real workaround like a cron job!
