- #EXTWPTOOLK-2580 "Removing a subdomain in Plesk will not remove WordPress installation anymore if this subdomainâ€™s docroot was pointing to another domain with WordPress installed. This also covers the use of wildcard subdomains."

Wildcard subdomain (or any other additional domain or subdomain, that share Document Root with the main domain of the subscription) removal deletes WordPress instance from main domain.
This issue is confirmed as Plesk bug with ID #EXTWPTOOLK-2580, that is going to be fixed in the future Plesk updates.
