Hard quota is enabled on the domain in Domains > example.com > Web Hosting Settings
WordPress Smart Update (started manually, or on a schedule) fails with an error:
PLESK_ERROR: Failed to clone the instance: Execution copy has failed with exit code 2, stdout: Copy 'wp-includes' owned by 'user' from '/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs' into '/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/.wp-toolkit_L' owned by 'user' , stderr: tar: wp-includes/js/wp-sanitize.min.js: Cannot open: Disk quota exceeded
The message mentions every file that was not copied and may exceed 60000 characters
WordPress Toolkit bug with ID #EXTWPTOOLK-2501: Hard quota is not checked before making a clone for Smart Update.
As a workaround, temporarily increase the hard quota:
Navigate to Domains > example.com > Web Hosting Settings
Increase the hard quota and save the value
Note: Hard quota may be reverted after the update is completed.
