    Hi @shivam mishra

    According to your screenshot, you are logged in to Plesk as a reseller.

    To see "Mail Server Settings" in Tools & Settings, you need to be logged in as a Plesk Administrator. Check out this KB article to learn how to log in as Plesk Administartor.
