Symptoms
- After upgrading Plesk Obsidian to 18.0.30, scheduled Plesk backups show the following message:
PLESK_INFO: The following files were not found or were corrupted:
clients/john_doe/domains/example.com/backup_privatekey_2009210501.tgz
clients/john_doe/domains/example.com/backup_privatekey_2009210501.tgz
clients/john_doe/domains/example.com/backup_privatekey_2009210501.tgz -
Full Plesk backup is created instead of an incremental one or backup task fails with the following warning:
PLESK_WARN: Not all the data may be restored: the backup contains content errors.
- Pre-migration checker can show a warning if source server is Plesk Obsidian 18.0.30:
PLESK_INFO: Pre-migration checks report: The configuration backup of subscription 'example.com' is not found. Not all subscription settings may be migrated.
Cause
Product issue:

#PPPM-12384 "After update to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.30 Update 1, scheduled backups no longer fail with the “The following files were not found or were corrupted” error if backed up add-on domains have DKIM enabled."

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
Error can be ignored. The fix is expected in one of the nearest Plesk updates.

Unfortunately, you cannot ignore the error. Because there is an error in the backup file, no incremental backup can be created. The following error message is logged:
[2020-10-02 18:02:35.573| 4682] INFO: Check dump match conditions for incremental backups 'backup_info_2010021258.xml'
[2020-10-02 18:02:35.573| 4682] INFO: the dump has errors, which are incompatible with incremental backup
I would like to know how to fix the problem.

Please update Plesk to the latest version.
