DNS zone was disabled in Domains > example.com > DNS Settings.
All NS records were removed in Domains > example.com > DNS Settings without any warnings.
When DNS zone is enabled back, NS records are not restored, and it is not possible to manage DNS records:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: Domain has no NS DNS record.
Plesk bug PPPM-10021 which is planned to be resolved in one of the future Plesk updates.
Apply the solution from the following article and enable the zone afterwards: Unable to start named/named-chroot: zone example.com has no address records, bad zone
