This is expected behaviour of SpamAssassin software: it writes temporary files into the
C:\Windows\Temp\ folder, like any Windows application.
As a workaround create a scheduled task to remove SpamAssassin temporary files:
Go to Tools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks (Cron jobs) and click Add Task.
Set the following parameters for task, specify the desired launch time and click OK/Apply:
CONFIG_TEXT: Command: C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe
with arguments: /c "DEL /F /S /Q C:\WINDOWS\Temp\.spamassassin*tmp"
