Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates > Certificate for securing mail > Change fails with error:
CONFIG_TEXT: HTTP ERROR 500
Operations in Plesk fail: Allowed memory size of X bytes exhausted (tried to allocate Y bytes) was used to increase memory_limit up to 5000M and is still not helping.
#PPPM-12350 "The server-wide certificates page (Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates (under “Security”)) no longer fails to be opened if the server has a large number of subdomains (more than 500) secured with SSL/TLS certificates."

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
Connect to the server via SSH.
Change the certificate via command line:
# plesk bin mailserver --set-certificate "cert3" -certificate-repository example.net
Note: the certificate name can be retrieved from Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates or from Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates.
