Symptoms

Migration process at Tools & Settings > Migration and Transfer > 203.0.113.2 appears stuck on "Fetch configuration data from Plesk servers" step. The same can be seen on Logs tab.

On the source server there is an active backup creation process at Tools & Settings > Backup Manager. This process consumes a lot of CPU usage.

Cause
Server capacity, as the current backup process on the source server, consumes a lot of CPU.
Resolution
The migration of subscriptions and domains will continue normally as soon as the backup process finishes on the source server.

Can this process be skipped by killing that process on the Source server.
This part of the migration process seems broken , this making simple migration last days with no results.
