Symptoms
Update to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.29 finished with an error:
PLESK_ERROR: Upgrading Horde webmail...
Error occured while performing sub-action 'UpgradeZip': Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software. (Error code 225) at copy file C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Plesk\Autoinstaller\webmail4362\pear\pear\Horde\Test\vendor\phpunit\phpunit\src\Util\PHP\eval-stdin.php to C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\\Webmail\horde\pear\pear\Horde\Test\vendor\phpunit\phpunit\src\Util\PHP\eval-stdin.php

Cause
Product issue:

Resolution
Workaround
Until fix is available apply the following workaround:

Connect server via RDP;
-
Add Plesk folders
%plesk_dir%
and the folder from the error, for example,C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Plesk\Autoinstaller\
to the exceptions of Microsoft Security Essentials;How to exclude a file/folder from Microsoft Security Essentials scan:- Open Microsoft Security Essentials in client.
- Select the Settings tab.
- From the left panel, select Excluded files and locations.
- Click Browse to add exclusion.
- Click Add.
- Click Save changes.

Re-install Horde manually in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Updates > Add/Remove component;
Workaround 2
- Connect server via RDP;
- Open Microsoft Security Essentials and disable Real-time protection temporary;
- Login into Plesk;
- Re-install Horde manually in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Updates > Add/Remove component;
- Enable Real-time protection back.
