    Hello,

    I was facing the same issue today. The fix mentioned above did not work for me, because "%plesk_bin64%"\websrvmng.exe does not exist on my system. 

    Luckily I did the following which fixed the issue : 

    In the Windows Terminal, 
    # plesk login 

    Used this temporary login URL inside the Windows server. It opened with option to Allow/Remove components. So I clicked in there, and simply clicked save, which installed the Plesk control panel components and the Plesk was back online after this.
