- Retrieving additional license fails with error “Not valid XML. XML parsing failed” under Plesk > Tools & Settings > License Management > Additional keys > EXT.12345678.0006 > Retrieve Additional Key.
- There are the following records in
/var/log/plesk/panel.logfile with enabled debug:

- Permissions for
/etc/sw/keys/directory are correct;
Manuall running daily maintenance tasks separately for keys update finishes successfully:

This is a Plesk bug #PPPM-9912, which will be fixed in future product updates.
