By default, Plesk creates a system user for every mail account having access to Plesk panel with the same name
System users corresponding to mail accounts having access to Plesk panel are not removed from the system when the entire subscription is deleted.
This is Plesk bug with ID PPPM-9883 which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
As a workaround,
- Connect to the server via RDP
- Remove the user using command line:
C:\> net user johndoe /delete
